When those that disbelieved experienced put into their hearts chauvinism – the chauvinism of some time of ignorance. But Allah sent down His tranquillity on His Messenger and on the believers and imposed upon them the phrase of righteousness, and so they ended up more deserving of it and worthy of it. إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُبَايِعُونَكَ إِنَّمَا يُبَايِعُونَ ٱللَّهَ يَدُ ٱللَّهِ فَوۡقَ أَيۡدِيهِمۡۚ فَمَن نَّكَثَ فَإِنَّمَا يَنكُثُ عَلَىٰ نَفۡسِهِۦۖ وَمَنۡ أَوۡفَىٰ بِمَا عَٰهَدَ عَلَيۡهُ ٱللَّهَ فَسَيُؤۡتِيهِ أَجۡرًا عَظِيمٗا
Should the Unbelievers should really battle you, they would definitely switch their backs; then would they come across neither protector nor helper.
They shall be stricken with misfortune, Allah is wroth with them. He has laid His curse upon them and has ready for them Hell. What an evil end!
قُل لِّلۡمُخَلَّفِينَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَعۡرَابِ سَتُدۡعَوۡنَ إِلَىٰ قَوۡمٍ أُوْلِي بَأۡسٖ شَدِيدٖ تُقَٰتِلُونَهُمۡ أَوۡ يُسۡلِمُونَۖ فَإِن تُطِيعُواْ يُؤۡتِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ أَجۡرًا حَسَنٗاۖ وَإِن تَتَوَلَّوۡاْ كَمَا تَوَلَّيۡتُم مِّن قَبۡلُ يُعَذِّبۡكُمۡ عَذَابًا أَلِيمٗا

آپ پیچھے چھوڑے ہوئے بدویوں سے کہہ دو کہ عنقریب تم ایک سخت جنگجو قوم کی طرف بلائے جاؤ گے کہ تم ان سے لڑوگے یا وه مسلمان ہوجائیں گے پس اگر تم اطاعت کرو گے تو اللہ تمہیں بہت بہتر بدلہ دے گا اور اگر تم نے منھ پھیر لیا جیسا کہ اس سے پہلے تم منھ پھیر چکے ہو تو وه تمہیں دردناک عذاب دے گا
also to torment the hypocritical and idolatrous Gentlemen and ladies who harbour evil ideas about God––it is that they who'll be encircled by evil!––who carry the stress of God’s anger, whom God has turned down and for whom He has prepared Hell, an evil destination!
